All you have to do is ask.

Commercial or residential, your property is your most valuable asset -- but you can't be there all the time. Whether you're a jet-setter, flipper, landlord, or investor, you'll need boots on the ground in order to put your feet up. I deal with installers, inspectors, repairmen, utilities, garbage, and deliveries in person so you don't have to. As your surrogate, I'll ensure everything is done right for a fair price, and that any problems are documented and solved. 

Has your oasis turned into a swamp? Whether it's a broken pump, a clogged line, or time for scheduled maintenance -- I'd be happy to dip my toes into the problem. I can also offer regular cleanings on an ongoing basis.

"Tech Support!" -- Internet problems? Check engine light on? I know my way around technology and machinery, and I can help you troubleshoot the issue. If I can't fix it myself, I'll negotiate on your behalf with somebody who can, or give you all the information you need to proceed with confidence.
